This morning at the Faculty of Biology of the University of Santiago de Compostela, the course ‘An environmental approach to the objectives of sustainable development in the framework of the circular economy’, organised by CRETUS under the coordination of professors Maite Barral (Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry) and Ángeles Pereira (Applied Economics), kicked off.
The Aula Magna of Biology will host for 3 days 25 students who will enjoy theoretical and practical lectures, round tables with experts in water, soil, air and waste, Ecodesign and business model design workshops and finally they enjoy a technical visit to the winery Adegas Moure, DO Ribeira Sacra.
