SUMMARY:2nd Global Cleaner Production Conference
DESCRIPTION:The 2nd Global Cleaner Production Conference (GCPC) will be held in Sitges\, Spain\, from 26 to 29 October 2026\, bringing together researchers and professionals from academia\, industry\, policy and other sectors working on cleaner production and sustainability. \nThe conference addresses a broad range of topics\, including industrial transformation and cleaner production; energy and climate solutions; water\, waste and resource management; agriculture\, food and bioeconomy; sustainable cities and the built environment; life cycle thinking; digitalisation and technological innovation; and governance and sustainability transitions. \nCRETUS is actively involved in the organisation of the conference as Prof. Maite Moreira  is serving as one of the Conference Chairs\, while four researchers from the Centre are members of the Scientific Committee (Gumersindo Feijoo\, Jose Luis Ares and Mara Meitin) and the Organising Committee (Sofía Estévez). \nCRETUS is also supporting the congress as a main sponsor.
