1st CRETUS integration workshop

Objective: Know the people and groups that form CRETUS and define the basis of the grouping.

The first CRETUS integration workshop was attended by postdoctoral professors and researchers from all groups, the basic principles that constitute the concept of the Group were defined, with the formulation of its Mission, Vision and Values. In an internal reflection exercise, the Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths and Opportunities were identified and based on this, the SWOT diagram was developed.
