Application of environmental risk analysis to soil recovery

Next Monday, November 12 at 12.00 a seminar given by José Iván Carabante Martínez of the Technological University of Lulea (Sweden) will take place in the ETSE Project Classroom, entitled “Application of environmental risk analysis to the soil recovery ”. It is organized by Sarah Fiol of the AMBIOSOL Group in the field of CRETUS.
Professor Carabante worked on issues of reuse of mining waste for the production of arsenic adsorbents during his doctoral stage at the LTU. Later in his postdoctoral stay at Stanford University, which allowed him to expand his knowledge in this field.
Currently, as a professor at the LTU, he works on different projects on waste management and rehabilitation of contaminated soils.
