Objective: Introduce the participants in the mentoring methodology and proportional tools
The mentoring workshop is aimed so that teachers R3 and R4 know new methods of mentoring. This activity is part of the program of transversal competences planned for this 2018 for the scientific community of CRETUS.

Introduce the participants in the mentoring methodology and its proportional tools for the development of people and teams
Content
Introduction to mentoring as a development methodology. What is mentoring, difference with other methodologies. Applications, research mentoring. Mentoring tools: questions, feedback, etc. Mentor competences: intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
