Professional Career Development Workshop (part 1)

The career development plan is a tool that allows us to reflect and clarify the direction towards which we want to go, professionally speaking, and plan the steps we must take to
achieve our goal
It is aimed at postdoctoral researchers and CRETUS professors so that they obtain the necessary tools to plan and be able to track their professional careers correctly.

The workshop is divided into 2 parts.
1) Know how to develop a career development plan. Design and provide a template that serves as a guide for the development of the development plans of your teams.
2) Learn to put it into practice through the mentoring methodology. Move and apply to my team the
methodology through the role of mentor.
